ATG is a grass rendering solution designed to replace Unity’s detailed off-road engine rendering system and eliminate any CPU spikes caused by new grass patches as the camera moves. ATG offers significant improvements in lighting and wind animation.
- ATG is not a proprietary tool; Only the grass and details you added to your terrain are rendered.
- ATG is compatible with any proprietary third-party solution that allows you to create grass density maps for terrain that integrates with the Unity editor, e.g., Terrain Composer, Map Magic (no runtime), World Creator, or Gaia. Grass provided at runtime is not currently supported.
